Meet MidCoast

Two local partners who know houses from both sides of the deal.

Between us, we own 12 Milwaukee properties — a mix of single-family homes and duplexes, many of them century-old buildings in walkable city neighborhoods. Bryant handles underwriting, financing, and rental operations. Josh manages renovation scope, jobsites, and construction planning. We know what it actually costs to bring an older Milwaukee home back, and that shapes every offer we make.

We focus on houses that may not fit the traditional listing path: rentals with deferred maintenance, inherited homes, older properties that need major updates, and situations where timing matters more than squeezing every last dollar out of a months-long sale.

Our process starts with the address, available property data, and a realistic look at comparable sales. From there, we account for repair scope, holding costs, closing costs, financing, and project risk. If a direct sale does not look like the best path, we would rather say that plainly than force a deal.

MidCoast is intentionally local. We look at Milwaukee blocks, not national averages. Neighborhood, layout, construction quality, deferred maintenance, tenant status, and resale buyer expectations all change the numbers. That local context is why a direct conversation often beats a generic online calculator.
