We're focused on the Milwaukee metro — Milwaukee, Waukesha, Ozaukee, Washington, Racine, and Kenosha counties. Within that area, here's what we typically look at:
- Property types: Single family, duplex, small multi-family (2–4 units)
- Condition: As-is — cosmetic, moderate, or major repairs. No condition is too rough.
- Occupancy: Vacant, owner-occupied, or tenant-occupied
- Price range: Up to ~$350k acquisition
- Situations: Distressed, inherited, tired landlords, deferred maintenance — anything that doesn't fit a clean retail sale
